May 2, 2010 by guest preacher The Rev. Sue Lederhouse

Our guest preacher continues the Eastertide series on the Book of Revelation. She indicates that the passage from Revelation 21 about “making all things new” challenges us to be open and to look for God in the new things. We need to risk being born anew in God’s likeness, risk embracing those who are different, risk helping to make a new creation here on earth. That is the Eastertide challenge. Do we dare to accept this challenge? Do we dare to risk? Do we dare to hope–to care–to be stretched? Do we dare to embrace the Revelation that God offers to us?
