October 10, 2010 by the Rector

The Rector talks about the story of Jesus healing the ten lepers and the one foreigner who returned to praise God for the healing. She uses the Eastern Buddhist concept of “mindfulness” and talks about our being “present” to God and to each other and gives examples of healing stories in her own life. She also discusses the gifts each religious tradition can receive from others, particularly what we as Christians can learn from the Eastern Asian traditions.
