Who We Are
We are all ministers in Christ’s church. Here at Christ Church, our Parish leaders are:

Our Parish Administrator is Lisa Berman who joined the church in September 2021.
Our Sexton is Todd Woolley who cares for our buliding and maintains our facility. He has been a member of Christ Church since he was a teen!
Our Minister of Music is Maggie Ribb who joined us (again) in January 2024; she leads our choir and organizes our music program.
The Vestry (lay leaders) of this Parish include Sandy Allard and Mary Ellen Eichmann as Wardens, Lisa DeLong as Treasurer, Elaine Mason as Clerk, and Janet Cassidy, Jennifer Lutz, Meg Pappas, and Cathy Walsman as Vestry Members.

The Rev. Scott P. Bellows was ordained deacon and priest in the Diocese of New York in 1996. He served as Assistant and Associate Rector of All Saints’ Parish, Frederick, MD; Rector of St. John’s Parish, Hagerstown, MD; Rector of St. David’s Church, Baltimore, MD; and most recently as Interim Priest of Saint Mary’s Parish, Barnstable, MA.
Father Scott’s leadership roles in the Diocese of Maryland included: co-chair of a $4 million capital campaign to build the Inn at the Bishop Claggett Center, chair of the Maryland Deputation, three-time deputy to General Convention, three-year president of the Standing Committee, and more. Beyond the church he served as a member of the board of the Baltimore International Seafarers’ Center (2014-2021) which provides ministry support services to seafarers on cargo ships in the Port of Baltimore; and as a member of the advisory board of the Sutton Scholars Program (2021-2022) which provides training and mentoring support to at-risk high school students in Baltimore city.
Prior to attending seminary Scott worked professionally in the performing arts in stage and performance management, including with the Santa Fe Opera and Carnegie Hall. He earned a Bachelor of Arts from Oberlin College, MBA from SUNY Binghamton, and MDiv from the General Theological Seminary in NYC.
Scott was born and raised in Tupper Lake, NY in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains. Now a permanent resident of Hyannis, he is grateful to be able to live and work in this extraordinary place called Cape Cod that has enticed his heart and spirit throughout much of his life.
